Breast Changes During Pregnancy!
In the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (the first trimester), hormones change a lot. Hormones like progesterone and estrogen get the body ready for breastfeeding, causing noticeable changes in the breasts. This might make the breasts swell, feel sore, and the nipples may stick out more. In the next phase,
from weeks 13 to 28 (the second trimester), the skin around the nipples may darken due to the hormonal changes, which returs to its normal color after breastfeeding. Moving to the last part,
from weeks 29 to 40 or until delivery (the third trimester), the breasts might start hurting again. This is because the body is getting ready for breastfeeding, and sometimes a little bit of colostrum, a kind of early breast milk, might leak from the breasts. Also, just before labor starts, the nipples and breasts may become larger.
